Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

As we often emphasize, a job interview is a two-way street where job seekers are also looking to learn more about their future employers. Showing up prepared with a range of questions demonstrates that you took your time preparing for the interview and are actively seeking to engage in a meaningful way with the organization. Questions can also be used to steer the conversation towards a topic that highlights your strengths, but use them strategically! Keep them simple and objective.
